The court follows a regular schedule. Trials are on Tuesdays. Arraignments happen on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Open court runs on Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to noon. If you fail to appear at your scheduled hearing, the judge will issue a bench warrant under ORS 136.608.

Note: The court is closed on Fridays. Do not plan a Friday visit. The lobby at City Hall is open 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week, but court staff are only available Monday through Thursday. Officers serve bench warrants as part of routine patrol. A traffic stop, noise call, or any police contact can lead to arrest if you have an outstanding bench warrant from the Tigard court.

Resolving Bench Warrants in Tigard
